Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customers are fully responsible for:
  • All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges
  • Any additional fees collected by the carrier upon delivery
  • Checking local customs regulations and estimated costs before placing your order

Customs authorities have the right to adjust tariff codes and tax amounts.

If you believe the final tax or duty charge is incorrect, please contact the carrier or your local customs office directly for review.

Customs Clearance Authorization

For items subject to import fees, you authorize ManuX (unless otherwise stated) to designate a carrier to act as your agent for customs clearance, tax processing, and payment of actual import fees in the destination country.

The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Refused & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees:
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs charged by the carrier to ManuX
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any additional fees or losses incurred will be deducted from your refund
