Return Eligibility

For physical goods, you may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Shipping & Fees

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return

To start a return, please email manux.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that additional processing time may be required for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
